Return policy

Returning your product is fast and easy, simply click here and have your order number and zip code ready to start a return. We do not offer exchanges or replacement items, instead you can return your product within 30 days of purchase, and we'll process your refund upon receipt. You can then place a new order as needed.

Unfortunately, beyond 30 days of the purchase date, we are unable to process return requests. To initiate a return, visit our  self-service return portal where you can easily generate a label to send your items back to us free of charge.


Damaged or Defective Product

We are sorry you are experiencing an issue with your product! A defective product is an imperfection from a manufacturing or design defect. If you believe you have received a defective product, please fill out the form below. A customer service member will be in touch with you shortly.

What's Covered?

All products purchased from safetygloves.com: Defects in original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship.

What's not Covered?

  • Products acquired from unauthorized dealers and aftermarket sources - such as online auction sites, liquidators, consignment shops, private sellers, sales samples, promotional products, and final sale/closeout sales.
  • Damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, accident, neglect, or the natural breakdown of materials over time.
  • Laces, lace hardware, and insoles are not covered by our warranty.
