All orders leave the warehouse within 1-3 business days and are shipped from HexArmor® corporate headquarters located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Estimated shipping times may vary; please refer to your order confirmation email and tracking number for more information.

Currently, our online store only ships within the 50 United States. We do not accept international addresses.

Orders, returns, exchanges

Returning your product is fast and easy, simply click here and have your order number and zip code ready to start a return. We do not offer exchanges or replacement items, instead you can return your product within 30 days of purchase, and we'll process your refund upon receipt. You can then place a new order as needed.

Unfortunately, beyond 30 days of the purchase date, we are unable to process return requests. To initiate a return, visit our self-service return portal where you can easily generate a label to send your items back to us free of charge.

We do not offer exchanges or replacement items, instead you can return your product within 30 days of purchase, and we'll process your refund upon receipt. You can then place a new order as needed. Cancellations are allowed prior to shipment. All shipments leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Please fill out our contact us form and have your order number ready so that we can help you process your request as quickly as possible.

Because HexArmor® cannot guarantee the condition or authenticity of the components used for these products, they unfortunately are not covered by our warranty.

Shop Pay Installments

By choosing Shop Pay at checkout, you can split your purchase into 4 equal, 0% interest installment payments - with no additional, hidden, or late fees.

Your first payment is either due at checkout or 2 weeks after your purchase. The next 3 remaining installments are automatically charged to your card saved on Shop Pay every 2 weeks. Don't worry, you'll get an email reminder before each payment to remind you.

No, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.

When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the option to pay now or later. Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into 4 equal, biweekly installment payments—with 0% interest, no hidden or late fees, and no impact on your credit score.* In some instances, your first payment is due when you make your purchase; otherwise, your first payment is due 2 weeks after your purchase.

If your refund amount is less than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then you can expect one or both of the following:

A smaller payment balance on the final payment

Less future payments on the remaining loan balance

If your refund amount is more than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then you can expect to receive the difference as a refund to your original debit card or credit card payment method within 3 to 10 business days.

The installments option on Shop Pay is available on debit and credit cards.

General

HexArmor® warrants that its products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials. This limited warranty expires 90 days from original purchase date and does not include deterioration from wear, abuse, accident or chemical exposure. No statement made by or on behalf of HexArmor® in the price list or collateral literature is a warranty that any HexArmor® product is fit for a particular purpose.
