Returns & Exchanges

Need to return, replace, or exchange an item?

Either email us at orders@safetygloves with your order number and the request included, or give us a call at 616-459-4144 extension # 727. Please have your order number ready so that we can help you process the return as quickly as possible.

All freight costs related to returns and exchanges or replacement orders will be the customer's responsibility.

RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with the items on your order, you may return them within 30 days of delivery.


Returned items must be in new, resalable condition with all original manufacturer tags and packaging to receive a full refund. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be assessed a $5/item restocking fee. At any time, HexArmor® reserves the right to reject any return requests received.


EXCHANGES

If you’d like to exchange your new, unused, and unworn item for a different product or different size, please return the item within 30 days of delivery with the original packaging. We will issue you a full refund and you can then place a new order.

If you received an incorrect or defective item, please email us at orders@safetygloves.com so that we can make it right!

Other information

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel or refuse any order for any reason at any stage of the online ordering process, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will attempt to contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled, or if additional information is required to accept your order.


All orders will leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Estimated shipping times may vary; please refer to your order confirmation email and tracking number for more information. During the holiday season, you may experience a shipping delay. We will do our best to make sure your order is shipped promptly!
