Returns & exchanges

Need to return, replace, or exchange an item? Either email us at with your order number and the request included, or give us a call at 616-459-4144 extension # 727. Please have your order number ready so that we can help you process the return as quickly as possible.

All freight costs related to returns and exchanges or replacement orders will be the customer's responsibility.

If you are not completely satisfied with the items on your order, you may return them within 30 days of delivery. Due to the holidays, items shipped between November 1st and December 31st can be returned up until January 31st.

Returned items must be in new, resalable condition with all original manufacturers tags and packaging to receive a full refund. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be assessed a $5/item restocking fee. At any time, HexArmor® reserves the right to reject any return requests received.

If you’d like to exchange your new, unused and unworn item for a different product or different size, please return the item within 30 days of delivery with original packaging. We will issue you a full refund and you can then place a new order.
