Fingertip coating completely worn away after 1 shift

I had previously purchased the Helix 1041 gloves for my wife and I. We are warehouse workers/package handlers so we spend our 10 hour shifts opening boxes. We really liked the 1041's but found that they weren't quite as durable as we'd hoped. I decided to look at the other options and settled on these 3020's because they were a little thicker, had the reinforced thumb saddle, and a different palm coating, thinking that the different palm coating would be more durable. Boy was I wrong. Midway through the shift they were visibly damaged and by the end of the shift the coating was completely worn away on the middle and pointer fingers from opening boxes. They were also very stiff for the first hour and we had difficulty flexing our fingers and gripping things. They were comfortable after that and I'm willing to bet that the knit material of these gloves would last longer than the 1041's. We will be going back to the 1041's because over all I think that between the cost of those gloves and the superior dexterity, they are the superior glove. I wore mine for the whole shift, but my wife switched back to her 1041's about halfway through. In the attached picture you can see hers are the top pair and mine are the bottom pair.

Nice fit, coating doesn't last

Too expensive to get a couple days out of them. I do tree work, so it's hard to find gloves that last more than a week.
