We do not offer exchanges or replacement items, instead you can return your product within 30 days of purchase, and we'll process your refund upon receipt. You can then place a new order as needed.

Unfortunately, beyond 30 days of the purchase date, we are unable to process return requests. To initiate a return, visit our self-service return portalwhere you can easily generate a label to send your items back to us free of charge.

Cancellations are allowed prior to shipment. All shipments leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Please fill out our contact us form and have your order number ready so that we can help you process your request as quickly as possible.

Any orders over $75 are eligible for free shipping. All orders are typically fulfilled in less than 24 hours or the next day Monday-Thursday. Orders placed on Fridays and weekends often ship on Monday morning.

Currently, our online store only ships within the 50 United States. We do not accept orders for for international addresses.
