Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Need to return, replace, or exchange an item? Please contact us at orders@hexarmor.com and include your order number and the reason for the request. Or, if you prefer, you can call us at 616.459.4144 and press “0” for Customer Service. Please have your order number ready so that we can help you process the return as quickly as possible.

 

Guidelines

 

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with the items on your order, you may return them within 30 days of delivery. During the holidays, items shipped between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st.

Returns must be in new, resalable condition with all original manufacturers tags and packaging to receive a full refund. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be assessed a $5/item restocking fee.

*Customers returning items will be required to pay for the return freight.

 

EXCHANGES

Need a different size or item?

If you’d like to exchange your new, unused and unworn item for a different product or different size, please return the item within 30 days of delivery with original packaging. We will issue you a full refund and you can then place a new order.

 

REPLACEMENTS + WRONG ITEMS

If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us so that we can make it right!
